DELIVERY INFORMATION

PICKUP INFORMATION

1.   Have your goods Delivered Option...

We offer a complete delivery option to metro areas in most states. We can quote delivery to most areas or deliver your goods to your nominated carrier.

 

2.   Procedure for Delivery.

1. Check that we offer delivery to your area. 

2. Purchase your items in our online store, select Delivery at the checkout and fill in your delivery address details in the box provided. Please note: All online orders are processed during business hours.

3. If you require your items to be assembled, tick the 'Yes I require assembly' option before adding products to the cart.

4. Once we have processed your order, you will receive your tax invoice from us by email which will advise you when your order will be delivered.

If paying by direct deposit, your order cannot be delivered until payment has cleared into our bank account.

5. We will try to deliver your goods on your desired date. All our deliveries are done Monday to Friday during business hours (Excluding Public holidays}.

Our drivers will phone you approximately one hour before they arrive. We cannot give exact arrival times.

Pickup your goods from our Warehouse Option

You are welcome to collect your order from our warehouse if you choose,  This is the perfect option for saving money for those who wish to eliminate the delivery fee or for smaller orders.

Our warehouses are open Monday to Friday between 8.00am and 4.00pm (excluding public holidays). 

Procedure for Pick Up

1. Purchase your items in our online store, and select pick up at the checkout. Please note: All online orders are processed during business hours.

If paying by Credit card or Paypal, you should be able to collect goods 1-2 hours after we advise you that payment has gone through.

If paying by direct deposit, your order cannot be collected until payment has cleared into our bank account.

Please Note: No payments can be made at the warehouse.  

2. Once we have processed your order, you will receive your tax invoice from us by email which will also advise when your order will be ready for collection.

3. Take a copy of your tax receipt to the warehouse as proof of purchase. Warehouse staff will be happy to assist you with loading. Please ensure you have sufficient straps and protection materials.
