Tier 1: Free Basic Office Layout Service

For many office fitout projects, complex detailed drawings (with expensive external design fees) aren't necessary. For these projects, the Omnitec free basic layout service will show you the best way to configure your new office furniture and effectively maximise your space free of charge.

 

A layout drawing will usually be produced within 48 hours.

Our experienced designers utilise advanced design software to convert your space into professional scaled floor-plans. They then allocate and zone the space reflecting your requirements and populate it with the appropriate office furniture.

Tier 2: Comprehensive Design, Space-planning & Layout Services

For more complex and larger office fitout projects, our consultants can undertake a site visit to analyse your requirements, take measurements and give you an expert evaluation.

Our designers will then produce concepts and proposals with detailed drawings, scope of works and recommendations that reflect your exact requirements. With the assistance of advanced parametric design software, we can create visual renders of your chosen options. This level of service, except for the initial site visit, incurs a design fee that will be deducted from your project invoice.

If you already have design drawings that reflect your requirements, forward them to us and we will give you our expert recommendations with a proposal to suit your budget.
